We were honoured to be given the opportunity to create a brand new dental practice for my dentist inside the Killingworth Shopping Centre, in the North Tyneside area of Newcastle.

This project was another first for both ourselves and our client, in creating the largest dental practice within an indoor shopping facility in the UK.

The project involved relocation and expansion of my dentist into a large 14 surgery practice within the Killingworth Shopping Centre on the site of the former Poundland store. We created the full fit-out scheme, with 10 surgeries initially with a further 4 future proofed for expansion.

We installed a new shop front, created the new space over two floors and this included modifying the centre linked sprinkler system.

This project was delivered in 13 weeks, on time and in budget.
