Freemont Building are proud to be a leading commercial construction company and fit-out contractors in Manchester.

The business was originally established as a new building company by Charles Roland back in 2017.

He learned his trade and gained a vast wealth of experience working with some of the UK’s largest construction and building contractors across Manchester and beyond including Mowlem, Trafalgar House & Bovis Lendlease and working on the Client’s side in the early days of Village Hotels.

Some of the stand-out projects Charles was involved in during those years included the redevelopment of Manchester City Art Gallery, Strangeways Prison Refurbishment following the riots, Tate Gallery Liverpool, Keadby Power Station and Village Hotels in Cheadle and Bromborough.

Charles has run his own Construction businesses since 2001 and has been involved in delivering a vast range of projects including Schools, Hospitals, Dental Surgeries, Airports, Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Train Stations, Casinos, Shopping Centres, retail parks, Shops, office developments, Factories, Television studios & Housing.

He has built a team of experienced and professional staff at Freemont Building who all share the same vision of ensuring we deliver every project safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality possible. Customer focus is of paramount importance to us.

We are extremely proud of our Manchester roots and of our reputation in the construction industry for being a leading commercial building company in the North West and across the UK.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We commissioned a team to carry out the interior renovation work for our salon, LoA Tokyo, as we prepared to open our space in the Northern Quarter.

From start to finish, the work was handled with great care and professionalism. The overall quality of the finish was excellent and every corner of the space was completed to a high standard, and the attention to detail throughout the project really stood out.

The team was very accommodating and flexible, kindly supporting us through multiple changes along the way. They were also helpful in assisting with small additional repair works on some furniture, which we truly appreciated.

As we are from different countries, we often had questions and uncertainties, and their responsiveness made a huge difference. In particular, John stood out for his quick communication and consistent support, which made the whole process especially smooth and reassuring for us.

Overall, we felt well supported throughout the project, and we are very happy with the result. We would confidently recommend the team for their professionalism, quality of work, and helpful approach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly can’t thank Freemont enough for everything they’ve done in helping us bring our new dental practice to life.

From start to finish, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their support, guidance, and the input they’ve allowed me throughout the process has been unbelievable, they’ve gone above and beyond at every stage and made what could have been a stressful journey feel seamless.

What’s been created is something really special. Every single person who has set foot into the practice so far has been absolutely blown away, they don’t just think it’s nice, they genuinely think it’s out of this world. That speaks volumes about the care, attention, and expertise that’s gone into it.

We spend such a huge part of our lives at work, and the environment that’s been created is beyond anything I could have imagined. It’s not just a workplace, it’s somewhere we genuinely feel proud to be, and very lucky to have.

A huge thank you to Charles, John, Richie, Paul J, Paul L and the many people behind the scenes who have played a huge part in making this happen, and I’m incredibly grateful to every one of them. I don’t think I’ll ever quite get over the fact that this is our place of work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent experience with the team at Freemont Building Ltd. They managed the development of our Stockport clinic with great attention to detail. Converting the space into a modern dental facility with multiple surgeries required a high level of technical skill, and they handled everything from the structural elements to the final dental equipment installation seamlessly. Very happy with the quality of work and their professional approach.
