Our mission going forward will be in allowing all students to succeed and reach their full potential in structures that are easy to operate and maintain, while being economical and sustainable to create.

Education Construction Contractors You Can Trust

We are able to operate in every area of education construction, from primary schools, to colleges and further education to universities and higher education.

In order to ensure that students and teachers can learn and teach as usual with minimal disruption to learning, most construction and renovation work will be carried out during the school holidays.

This means there will typically be no students or teachers on site when we carry out the works, allowing projects to be completed in time for the start of new academic terms.

Whether the works include modernisation projects or brand-new classrooms, the expertise that Freemont have in general building, building modifications and fast track fit out works in commercial environments is ideally suited to the fast track and often complex works required in schools.

Additionally, we can often provide alternative and innovative solutions to deliver school building projects to the highest standards of quality within the tight time frames available.

Full Management Of Your Construction Project

For the construction or additional building works at your primary or secondary school, college or university, you will be pleased to learn that we offer a comprehensive turnkey solution for the education sector.

Our hardworking experts will handle everything and supervise the entire project from conception and design through to project completion.

Freemont’s project managers will oversee people, processes, and the budget while our tradesmen, engineers, and contractors will handle all of the heavy lifting, skilled construction, equipment installation, and fit out tasks. Our designers and architects will handle building plans, planning permission, and design.

Everything is taken care of to allow you to relax while our team completes all the labour intensive and time consuming tasks on your behalf.

Additionally, as part of our aftercare service, we’re also able to provide ongoing maintenance for specialist furniture and equipment that we’ve supplied as part of your school building project.

Bespoke School & Further Education Building Design

Before we begin your building or renovation project at your school, college or university, we will schedule a meeting with you, our prospective client, at the educational facility itself so that we can do a thorough walk through tour there.

This will give us a chance to really get a feel for the project and give you a chance to share your goals and ideas with us. We will pay attention to your unique needs and support you by providing our professional advice on your upcoming new build or renovation project.

We will also make you aware of any issues we believe you might encounter and show you how to solve or prevent them.

Following this first site visit with you, the prospective client, we will begin working with our expert architects to produce existing and proposed drawings and plans for approval before any work on your school’s construction project is started.

We will follow all building and health and safety regulations as part of this procedure to guarantee that your project complies with all applicable building regulations.

As professional building contractors for the education sector, we approach each new construction or renovation project uniquely because each one is different and has its own requirements and difficulties.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We commissioned a team to carry out the interior renovation work for our salon, LoA Tokyo, as we prepared to open our space in the Northern Quarter.

From start to finish, the work was handled with great care and professionalism. The overall quality of the finish was excellent and every corner of the space was completed to a high standard, and the attention to detail throughout the project really stood out.

The team was very accommodating and flexible, kindly supporting us through multiple changes along the way. They were also helpful in assisting with small additional repair works on some furniture, which we truly appreciated.

As we are from different countries, we often had questions and uncertainties, and their responsiveness made a huge difference. In particular, John stood out for his quick communication and consistent support, which made the whole process especially smooth and reassuring for us.

Overall, we felt well supported throughout the project, and we are very happy with the result. We would confidently recommend the team for their professionalism, quality of work, and helpful approach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly can’t thank Freemont enough for everything they’ve done in helping us bring our new dental practice to life.

From start to finish, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Their support, guidance, and the input they’ve allowed me throughout the process has been unbelievable, they’ve gone above and beyond at every stage and made what could have been a stressful journey feel seamless.

What’s been created is something really special. Every single person who has set foot into the practice so far has been absolutely blown away, they don’t just think it’s nice, they genuinely think it’s out of this world. That speaks volumes about the care, attention, and expertise that’s gone into it.

We spend such a huge part of our lives at work, and the environment that’s been created is beyond anything I could have imagined. It’s not just a workplace, it’s somewhere we genuinely feel proud to be, and very lucky to have.

A huge thank you to Charles, John, Richie, Paul J, Paul L and the many people behind the scenes who have played a huge part in making this happen, and I’m incredibly grateful to every one of them. I don’t think I’ll ever quite get over the fact that this is our place of work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent experience with the team at Freemont Building Ltd. They managed the development of our Stockport clinic with great attention to detail. Converting the space into a modern dental facility with multiple surgeries required a high level of technical skill, and they handled everything from the structural elements to the final dental equipment installation seamlessly. Very happy with the quality of work and their professional approach.
