This Grade 1 listed luxury apartment in Chester was vacant and tired, and we completed a full refurbishment whilst following all regulations with regards to protecting and preserving existing fabric.

We worked closely with the interior designer on colours, fabrics and lighting and created a modern but sympathetic transformation in six weeks.

This entailed two feature bedrooms, a feature bathroom, kitchen/diner, cloakroom and all communal areas.
