Construction of 2 surgery dental practice in Broomhill

We were honoured to be given the opportunity to work for the first time with Dental Partners, to create a two-surgery emergency dental practice in Broomhill, Sheffield.

This practice would be introduced into a former bank premises and would involve a full rip-out and full conversion.

All in all a challenging project, as prior to commencement, the landlord of the premises decided to take on the rip-out of the premises with his own team. This was not carried out in with the best practices, and thus, we firstly had to correct these works, and then deal with an undiscovered damp issue before construction of the new dental practice in Broomhill, could take place.

The project commenced 9th December 2019 and was handed over on Wednesday 29th January 2020 to a very happy client.
