A new client, Gyros Street, approached us to fit out a vacant unit on this very popular and busy road in Manchester. This is located by a busy theatre and in the heart of university student areas.

This grab ‘n’ go concept was Greek themed and required a full rip out, damp proof and screeding, all plumbing and electrical works including a new installation of three phase power, new fire system and connected sprinkler syste.

In addition, our team completed brand new tiling to walls, hygienic cladding in the kitchen areas, a new ventilation and extraction system, paint spraying to ceiling and services, flooring, reclaimed timber wall cladding, speaker system, data and feature lighting and Digital screens. This was all achieved in four weeks.
