Honi Poke is a healthy Hawaiian Poke Bowl food concept and expanding organically across the UK., and we were chosen to fit out their first Manchester store in a prime location just off St Anne’s Square and Deansgate.

The scope of works was to reimage the main restaurant and servery and the lower ground floor, which is the location for Main Kitchen and Staff Facilities.

We installed new stud walls, a new commercial kitchen servery, new tiling, lighting, decoration, and neon signage externally. Additionally, we modified the main kitchen with new services and kitchen items to suit the needs of this new and exciting Restaurant.
