My Dentist New Multi Surgery in Leeds

This project for My Dentist involved the creation of a stunning new 10 surgery practice on a thriving Business Park in Sheepscar, Leeds, and was the first of its kind for the client.

The building was formerly occupied by a telecommunications company.

Client instruction included full rip-out, creation of the new space over two floors, structural improvements, full HVAC scheme, automatic fire-proofing, external door and window spraying, new drainage and the full fit out.

This was all achieved on time and in budget, within the agreed 12 week programme.

Both ourselves and the client are delighted with the end result. We think the new multi-surgery practice on the Sheepscar business park will be a great hit with the local community.
