A successful small Restaurant group approached us to fully fit out this two floored restaurant and bar, the Olive Tree Brasserie, to open its doors with 120 covers in Leeds for the first time.

This two floored Restaurant and Bar was to have a Greek theming to its cuisine, and we had to achieve this in 6 weeks. This involved a large rip-out from the current scheme at that time, plastering, feature walls with hand-made tiling, new furniture, modifications to kitchen extraction, screeding, and new flooring with new and hand-made tiling.

Additionally, the works included reclaimed wooden cladding to walls and panelling, new bar and back bar with detailed arches, full electrics and new plumbing and micro-cement to walls and tables and decoration.
