New build of 3 surgeries at Avon dental

We were honoured to be given the opportunity to create three new surgeries for Avon dental practice in Christchurch, Dorset. This was for Dental Partners, who contracted us to carry out the work as they were so pleased with the project that we completed for them in Broomhill, Sheffield.

This brand new dental practice in the town of Christchurch would initially have three surgeries and would have the scope to be expanded to five surgeries in the future.

This was a particularly challenging project, as this was not only interrupted by the Covid-19 Pandemic, but after in depth appraisal before commencement, the listed building was found to have damp, asbestos and woodworm.

The project commenced on 10th February 2020 and was due to be completed on 14th April 2020. After a number of pauses to full operations whilst internal treatments could take place, and then with a National Lockdown due to Covid-19, we successfully handed over the Avon Dental project on Friday 24th July 2020 to very happy clients.
